Matured in Californian red wine and Bourbon giving a wine infused note with flavours of plum, vanilla and citrus. Won a Silver medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2024. Fragrant malt blends are used for the new make spirit, which is then matured in a combination of Bourbon casks and ex California red wine barrels, and bottled at 46.
