The palate is delicate, crystalline and almost ethereal; the rosehip and strawberry fruit is gently cradled in nearly imperceptible pebble like tannins. As it flows across the palate, notes of dried thyme and marjoram emerge. Though very light, the finish is long and persistent, rolling in gentle waves from fruit to herb, to dried
