Lucy is made in the typical Tutela fashion fun bright print, water resistant clear vinyl layer, nylon taffeta lining, reinforced base, inside pockets, zip closure. This bag can be carried as a clutch, or across the body. The strap has snaphooks that can detach and stash away. Dimensions are: 10" wide x 5" tall x 2" deep. Strap
