as we have been able to combine some of her favourite things

The spirit was married with pear syrup made in our Seasonal Kitchen here at Pheasant Farm and blended with a touch of seville orange and kunzea herb (an indigenous bush with accents of rosemary and citrus)

Our first ever pear brandy put down 4 years ago as a way of celebrating everything about our pear orchard of the Barossa

Pheasant Farm Semillon Liqueur It’s both a wonderful luncheonThis golden skinned grape from 80 year old vines in Light Pass is full flavoured with lots of richness and lemon curd texture. Organically grown, yielding a combination of lemon, honeysuckle and nashi pear aromas. Beautifully paired with fresh fruit and cheese, oysters or Spicy Asian cuisine. Alchohol: 11. 5%
