Crafted from multiple rice varieties and yeast strains, its blended like fine Champagne to achieve balance and complexity. Expect elegant aromas of pear, white peach, melon, and subtle floral notes, layered with hints of almond and soft spice. The palate is silky and structured, with beautiful purity, gentle umami depth,
