Distilled under the care of the Old Heaven hill Springs distillery, later renamed simply as Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky. Nose: Bold rich caramel and spice, hints of charred oak, demerara sugar and dried apricots, some nutty tones with a touch of tobacco leaf. Palate: A rich nose and a superbly rich palate, some crisp honeycomb
